Hello, here are the pictures of Republic Day in the Plaza de Armas in Ica.

We were more than a hundred Italians in the square and we found ourselves in more than eighty to eat in the historic center of Ica in the Social Club.

Thanks to all the Italian Ica!

Many sincere congratulations because here in Lima breathe less unity among Italian. In Ica is perhaps less difficult to organize something big for two reasons: is not a city metropolis, and it seems less difficult to involve descendants of Italian rather than Italians themselves. Congratulations also to Henry, however, that, I think I, is the one who gave more impetus to the environment Italian Ica.
One thing: would be nice, very nice!, arrive to ensure that almost all speak the language Italian. To underestimate our language I consider it a flaw of many and too many Italians. Allow me to invite any new Italian / at present in Peru to teach the Italian language to their children. And maybe even the dialect of their own land!

Unfortunately I was in Bolivia, and I could not attend nor to Lima to Ica nor. I offer my warmest congratulations to the organizers and I hope I can contribute in the future with new encounters in Nasca. I agree with William Zanatta on the need to keep alive the Italian language among those who have this origin, being an important cultural link.
